- Recovery Act - Solicitation No. VA-245-10-RA-0117. The solicitation will be posted on June 18, 2010. The contractor is to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and design-build services necessary for the design and construction for the Renovate Research Lab Phase 2.5 Project No. 688-10-020. The project duration is 322 calendar days from the date the notice to proceed is issued. This solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 24, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. All interested parties shall promptly report to the Facilities Management Conference Room -BH-132 for the meeting. All requests for information regarding this project must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer no later than 4:00pm on Friday, July 2, 2010. Telephone requests will not be accepted. The NAICS code is 236220, size standard $33.5 million. Proposals are due to the Contracting Officer at the VAMC, 50 Irving St., NW, Washington, DC, Room BH-135 by Monday, July 19, 2010 at 2:00pm local time (EDT).
