P/N: A297-1 Quantity: 220 each Delivery: 240 DARO Solicitation issue date: July 1, 2010 Solicitation closing date: August 2, 2010 This solicitation is unrestricted for a Definite Quantity Contract to the approved source: Marathonnorco (08844). All other manufacturers must submit a SAR package for approval, a process that could take 180 days. FOB point, and Inspection and Acceptance are Destination for this DLA Direct purchase. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This solicitation will acquire the supplies cited herein on an Other Than Full And Open Competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), available from only one or a limited number of sources. This item is a Critical Application Item, but not a Critical Safety Item. Configuration Control applies. Ship To: Stock location in Continental US. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) applies.
