- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is interested in leasing approximately 13,897 rentable square feet of office and related space, yielding a minimum of 12,084 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet to a maximum of 12,688 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet (ABOA), for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The offered building must meet or is capable of, but not limited to, the following: 1) space must be one (1) contiguous block, with no separating corridors; 2) adequate on-site parking per local code to accommodate employee and visitor parking needs 3) have regularly scheduled public transportation with transit stops located within ¼ mile of the building and; 4) must meet requirements of the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard (ABAAS) for the handicapped, NFPA fire protection and life safety standards. LEASE TERM: The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. DELINEATED AREA: Area of consideration is the Oyster Point Central Business District, specifically within the following boundaries: Jefferson Avenue on the West; the drainage ditch in between the odd address number side of Middle Ground Boulevard and Jefferson Lab/Canon on the North; I-64 on the East and; J. Clyde Morris Blvd on the South. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST: If you desire to submit a location for consideration, please forward information by close of business 4:00 PM EDT, Friday, June 25, 2010. Expressions of interest should include: 1) building name and address; 2) AutoCAD (Release 2007 or lower in DWG file format) of space offered; 3) rentable square feet offered and rentable rate per square foot; 4) building common area factor and; 5) contact information for owner or authorized agent. Submissions by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. This ad is neither a Solicitation for Offers (SFO), nor a Request for Proposals (RFP) and the Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement.
