- This solicitation SPM4A5-10-R-0821 P.R. # IQC1014009045 for NSN 3120-01-330-6397 (40A HELICOPTER BLACKHAWK UH-60A: Bearing, Plain, Self-Aligning). Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and can not be furnished by the Government. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved source for this item is DOVER DIVERSIFIED, Inc, (CAGE: 97613). Any manufacturer, other than DOVER DIVERSIFIED, Inc, (CAGE: 97613) wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR). Information may be found via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in an IQC for a base year and four option years with a minimum quantity of 1269 each and a maximum quantity of 5076 each. The required delivery schedule is 112 days ARO, FOB destination. Contractors FAT and ABVS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA DIBBS at http://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
