Description
Solicitation Package - SV048-10 Department of Justice, Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Industries, Services Business Group (SBG) has a need for a contractor to provide consulting and project management for all the Services Factories, specializing in Call Center Operations. The contractor will require the working knowledge of and experience in Call Center Operations with special emphasis upon experience in providing these services in a prison environment. It is preferred the contractor to be located within the Washington, D.C. area to eliminate the need for travel to our Central Office location. The contractor must be a citizen of the United States and must be able to obtain the approved clearance for access to Federal Prisons and to other Federal Facilities as needed within the course of the work. The solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business. Performance periods under this contract will at date of award to 12 months for the base year, with two (2) one-year option periods, with service ending (if all options years are renewed) on July 31, 2013. The solicitation is for a firm fixed price, requirements contract. The government will award to the responsible offeror whose bid conforms to the solicitation, is considered most advantageous to the government with price and technical requirements considered. Technical requirements will be rated on a pass or fail basis. This solicitation is available today and is distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities web site http: //www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the quotation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including quotation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date is on or about July 8, 2010.
