- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Virginia, 22448-5l00, plans to procure on a sole source basis, system test and measurement instrument products from Agilent Technologies, Fluke and Rohde & Schwarz Inc. The following Items from Agilent Technologies: P/N DSO7054A 500MHz 4CH Oscilloscope (Qty:1); P/N 11730B Extension Cable (QTY:2); P/N 11730C Extension Cable 20Ft (QTY:1); P/N N8481A Power Sensor 10MHz18GHz (QTY:2); P/N N1913A EPM Series Power Meter Single Channel (QTY:1); P/N E9300A Power Senso! r 10MHz18GHz (QTY:2); P/N 10073C 10:1 Probe 500MHz (QTY:4) The following items from Fluke: P/N DTXMFM2 Multimode Fiber Module Set (Qty:1); P/N DTX1800 Cable Analyzer (QTY:1). The Following item from Rohde & Schwarz: P/N FSH6 100kHz - 6GHz Spectrum Analyzer Handheld (QTY:1) Delivery shall be to Dahlgren, Va. 22448-5100. Award expected on or before 25 June 2010 with delivery on/or before 10 days after receipt of order. There will be no formal written solution issued as a result of this notice. In order to receive an award under this notice, bidders must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) On-Line Representations & Certifications (ORCA) and shall not appear on the suspended or debarred listing (EPLS). Bidders Should also provide along with their quote information that their company is allowed to sell each vendor's products which are outlined herein.
