- FOR MORE INFORMATION CONTACT: Shu.Szeto@us.army.mil The US Army is seeking to identify commercial sources who can provide a quantity of 20 to 3000 each of the non-developmental items (NDI) spare parts, that are form-fit-functional (FFF) to Harris Corporation AN/VRC-110, Vehicular Radio Set and accessories. Detailed technical data for the manufacture or acceptance of these units are not available from the Army. Request sources to provide to the government the prices for: Vehicle Adapter Amplifier (VAA), P/N 12053-0100-01 (NSN 5996-01-583-4230) and P/N 12049-0100-01 (NSN 5996-01-583-4233), Shock Mount Interface Assembly, SIM, P/N 12053-6800-01 (NSN 5820-01-559-6037), P/N 12049-6000-01 (NSN 5820-01-583-4220) and P/N 12053-6000-01 (NSN 5820-01-553-1937). The response must include documentation demonstrating that the source can, in fact, supply the Army with a unit that will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the unit from the previous supplier. Successful sources may be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army. Interested source shall also provide range prices from 1-200, 201-500, 501-1000, 1001 -3000 units and best delivery schedule after contract award. All information must be submitted and received no later than Jul 9, 2010. The submission of this information is for planning purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any items/services, or for the Government to pay for the information received.
