Data Item Descriptions DD Forms 1423 PWS Appendix C PWS Appendix B PWS Appendix A Official Solicitation This solicitation is for a Requirements Contract for Overhaul/Re-Manufacture of the Common Demand Oxygen Test Stand to be used with the F-16 Oxygen Regulator. The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and all material to accomplish the overhaul, test, packing, preservation and packaging of the test stand. A Firm Fixed Price contract is contemplated. This is a SOLE SOURCE purchase due to possession of data and special tooling/test equipment required to repair this item. Required Delivery - 5 ea 180 days After Receipt of Order (ARO) & Repairables; 3 ea every 30 days thereafter 10. NOTE: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
