Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Augusta, GA, VISN 7, contemplates negotiation of a sole source procurement with the Advisory Board Company, 2445 M Street, N.W. Washington, D.C. 20037 to provide an annual membership of consultative and educational sessions on leadership and management skills in the area of healthcare and clinical management tailored to the Veterans Affairs Southeast Network (VISN 7) leadership. This is a continuation of the current membership. The Period of Performance for this procurement will be June 15, 2010 through June 14, 2011. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 813920 with a standard size of $7 million. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 2 days after publication of this synopsis. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting literature, detailing how their products/services meet VA requirements, to the Contracting Officer or by fax 478-274-5609. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
