- statement of work ATS specification SF 1449 solicitation to include site visit information, clauses, and description of services basic electrical material and method specification Altus Air Force Base has a requirement for the following commercial service: Replace existing Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) and Panel. All offerors doing business with the government MUST register in the DOD Central Contractor Registry (CCR) database prior to receipt of submittals. Failure to register in the CCR database will render your firm ineligible for review and possible award. CCR registration may be accomplished online at http://www.ccr.gov. Additional information concerning CCR registration may be obtained by calling 1-888-227-2423. All firms must also be registered with the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website prior to receipt of submittals in order to be considered for award. This may be accomplished at http://orca.bpn.gov/. The single source of entry for all documentation pertaining to this acquisition will be on the government procurement website at the following address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov <http://www.fedbizopps.gov/>. All interested parties are responsible for checking this website to ensure they have the most current information (i.e. amendments issued, changes to Statement of Work, Etc). Faxed requests for a solicitation package will not be accepted.
