Description

IQC10144009041 NSN 1660-00-866-4250, proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract for Impeller Wheel, Aircr, P/N 560304 (Aero Kool Corporation- CAGE 1A821, Walbar, Inc CAGE 58556, and Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation CAGE 73030. Drawing: 56034 Rev"AH " Dated:04/29/1994. These are the only approved sources of supply for this item. This requirement is unrestricted and will result in a firm fixed priced contract under the provisions of far 13.5. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin applies. Item is critical application and configuration controlled but not CSI. Surge is not required per Surge and Sustainment (S&S) Website June 8, 2010. Progress payments are not included IAW FAR 32.5. Base period is 12 months with an option to extend terms of contract for 4 option years. Estimated annual demand is 166 each. There is a guaranteed minimum of 54 each for the base year only. Requested delivery is 269 days. Possible stock locations include: Continental, United States. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The solicitation will be available on or about 06/22/10.
