Description

MfR EZValve Brand Name The 56th Contracting Squadron, Luke AFB, AZ, intends to award a sole source commercial purchase order to Ferguson Waterworks, 111 E Buckeye Rd Suite 5, Phoenix, AZ 85004, for one (1) Advanced Valve Technologies EZ Valve Pneumatic End Mill Machine Kit, Item# SP-AEMMP. Ferguson Waterworks is the sole authorized distributor for this item in AZ. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 11 Mar 10. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination not to compete this proposed requirement is solely at the discretion of the government.
