- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.nay.mil/. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of a synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD). Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to procure Cisco ASC 1121 appliance with 5.1 SW and base license (include power cord CAB-AC; Cisco secure ACS 5 base license CSACS-5-Base-Lic; ACS 5.1 software loadeds CSACS-5.1 SW-K9), Cisco Secure ACS 5 large deployment add-on license, 8x5x Next Business day support for the ACS 1121 appliance, SW application support for ACS 5 large deployment add-on license and Software application support config options - ACS 5.1 SW loaded on 1121. The ACS appliances will provide a centralized access control and authentication solution for the RDT&E network. Solicitation will be available to download on or after June 18, 2010.
