Description: To all interested Bidders of Record This addendum is hereby made a part of the Bidding Documents dated June 9, 2010, on which the Construction Contract will be based, and is issued to modify, explain, and/or correct the aforesaid Contract Documents. This is addendum #1 issued to this solicitation package. The location and all other bidding requirements to remain unchanged. A. Responses to Pre-Bid Walk Through Requests. Section V: Extent of Work All top soil removed from the construction site will be dumped at a specified location on center with no disposal cost to contractor. The construction of the parking lot will require 1,000 cubic yards of fill dirt, and 75 sq. yds of 4" asphalt for patching. These items are to be included in the bidding. All perpective bidders agreed on these amounts at the walk through. A 1" overlay of the existing parking lot is approved in lieu of the slurry seal. for the existing parking lot. A 150' silt fence is to be erected on the West End of the project for erosion control purposes. This is the end of Addendum #1
