- In accordance with FAR 15.206(e), this posting notifies all interested vendors that solicitation #HSBP1010R0030, titled "AMOC Support and C41 System Maintenance, Support, and Enhancement Service" has been cancelled based on industry responses. It should be noted that a revised solicitation will be forthcoming at a later date. CANCELLED AS OF JUNE 9, 2010 This is a Solicitation submitted by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Custom and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Air and Marine Division (AMD). The purpose of this solicitation action is to notify all interested parties of the government's intent to solicit services for the Air and Marine Operations Center (AMOC) and Caribbean Air and Marine Operations Center (CAMOC) facilities. The proposed service contract is intended to address five fundamental utilities: 1) Project Management 2) Telecommunications 3) Daily Operations 4) Expansion and Reconfiguration, and 5) Engineering and Integration (E&I). Resources required to meet this goal is human capital and each element is defined in the Statement of Objective (SOO), which is included in the solicitation. The solicitation includes a SOO, describing the DHS/CBP/AMD goal and each offeror's proposal shall illustrate how it will support each utility. In addition to the requested information proposal deliverables shall include a Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). Offeror's are strongly encouraged to seek out partnerships with socioeconomic concerns as each large business is asked to submit a subcontracting plan and demonstrate its efforts to obtain partnership, alliance, relationship, or enterprise with said concerns. Proposed period of performance: A Base with four (4) one year options. Proposals are due Thursday, June 3, 2010 at 1400 EST. Eligible bidders: An offeror is considered eligible if it has participated in Industry Day, held on November 9, 2009 and/or November 10, 2009. Only offeror's who have participated in Industry Day may propose on this project. All other interested parties are encouraged to review the Bidders List for partnering/ subcontracting opportunities. PLEASE BE ADVISED: For administrative reasons solicitation number HSBP1010R2893 is changed to HSBP1010R0030.
