- Description
- This is a pre-solicitation notice for the service of Installation for the Modular Offices and Power Lines in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis will be as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-10-T-0083 will be issued on or after 9 June 2010. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. DPAS Rating is DO-S-10. The North American Industrial Classification System codes are 238390. Descriptions of services include line items of CLIN 0001, 0002, 0003, 0004, 0005: Publish and Distribute for Installation for the Modular Offices and Power Lines to make a single award which is the most advantageous to the Government on the basis of best value evaluation process. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. The solicitation (Request for Proposal), when it is released it will be available electronically at the following web sites http://www.neco.nave.mil and/or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M67400-10-T-0083. The solicitation also will be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Offers can be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed to the Contracting Office, U.S. Marine Corps RCO, MCB CAMP S. D. BUTLER, PSC 557 BOX 2000, FPO AP 96379-2000. Offers must be received no later than 15:30, Japanese Standard Time of closing date. The closing date will be notified in the Solicitation issued.
