Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake, CA intends to procure eight diesel generators. This procurement will be based on full and open competition. NAWCWD will solicit this requirement using Commercial Item Acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 Test Program For Certain Commercial Items and FAR Part 12. Generator specifications: 175Kw skid mounted diesel generators, sound attenuating enclosed, skid mounted enclosed primary power rated generator set. Power Output: 220KVA/176Kw primary power at 1800 RPM. Engine Emissions: EPA Off-Road Tier 3 certification or higher, must provide CARB certification. Battery: 12V 128Ah(minimum). Excitation: Brushless with AVR. Generator RPM: 1800. Voltage 3 phase: 208, 220, 240, 416, 440, 480V Reconnectable. Voltage 1 phase: 120, 127, 139, 240, 254, 277V adjustable. Armature connection: star with neutral. Voltage regulation 0.5%. Frequency: 60Hz. Frequency regulation:.25%. Electronic Governor Control System. Non-keyed ignition. Rotary voltage selector switch. External fuel modification (allows it to be operated off an external fuel source) with quick disconnect. Weather proof Sound Attenuated Enclosure, 65-73 decibels at 23 sound level. Exhaust system to be contained within the housing. Desert Tan color. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and technical factors considered. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by the agency. Inspection and acceptance at Destination. FOB Destination.
