Description
Anti-Lobbying X-Ray Equipment List Attachment 2 X-Ray Statement of Work Attachment 1 X-Ray RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is NIHES2010099 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-40 dated April 22, 2010.. The Contracting Officer is contemplating issuing a fixed price Requirements Type Contract. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811219 which has a Small Business size standard of $6.50 million dollars. The estimated period of performance for this requirement is five (5) years (i.e. one (1) twelve (12) month base period plus four (4) (12) month options). Interested parties must contact Melissa Gentry, at (919) 316-4625. Question due Date and Time: Questions about the RFQ or Statement of Work shall be due to the Contracting Officer not later than June 9, 2010 by 5:00 pm. All questions shall be submitted electronically (via email) to Melissa Gentry and must include the solicitation number in the subject line. Each question submitted shall reference the specific section and paragraph of the RFQ or Statement of Work as appropriate. Quotes must be received by the Contracting Officer no later than the time specified in the solicitation to be considered for award.
