- DRAWING OF LOCATION SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is W91ZRS-10-T-0008, Request for Quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220; size standard is $12 M. This acquisition is reserved for small business concerns. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contact. The Air National Guard requires the removal of and procurement/ installation of new boiler sections for building 21 supplying heat to building 24 to include: 1. Replace four cracked and leaking boiler sections in building 21 Burnham v912 boiler, test, and document as operational in order to receive State Operating Certificate. The government requires a heating solution that is durable, reliable, economical, energy efficient that meets all requirements of the Department of Defense (DOD), Air Force (AF) and National Guard Bureau (NGB). This requirement consists of furnishing all labor, expertise, equipment, materials, facilities, transportation, and appliances necessary to perform operations in connection with the removal / replacement of heating solution at Bradley ANG Base. The work provided by the contractor shall be compliant with manufactures specifications on installation. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price, single award contract from this solicitation. Please see attached document for details of requirements. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and all other factors considered. The following Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and its supplements DFAR and AFAR provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition; 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -Commercial Items, 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract. To receive an award of contract the offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database which can be accessed at the website http://www.ccr.gov or call Assistance Center toll free at 1-888-227-2423. Interested offerors are required to submit their representations and certifications on-line at http://orca.bpn.gov. You will need your DUNS number and CCR number in order to register to the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website.
