Description

This announcement modifes the previous announcement for Solicitation N10PS35068 seeking helicopter flight services for a guaranteed period of use beginning five days after contract award for 45 days supporting BLM ARRA Project LDTDF0020000. The helicopter is required to be fully Contractor operated and maintained and meet minimum requirements and technical specifications in the solicitation. The aircraft will be used to support the Bureau of Land Management, Anchorage Field Office Iditarod Safety Shelter Project requirements. Flights will originate and conclude at or near McGrath, Alaska and will require the Contractor to provide fuel for their aircraft and provide their crew with remote living supplies (tent, sleeping bag, etc). The Contractor shall possess a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certificate issued under 14 CFR Part 135. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is approximately June 14, 2010 or shortly thereafter with an anticipated closing date of June 18, 2010. It is a requirement that the successful awardee be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). The solicitation will also be available at www.amd.nbc.gov under 'Current Solicitations' under Business Opportunities. This solicitation is unrestricted.
