ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE AT MULTIPLE FEDERAL BUILDINGS LOCATED THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF MAINE Solicitation Number: GS-01P-10-BW-D- 0073 Agency: General Services Administration Office: Public Buildings Service (PBS) Location: North Service Center (1PSA) Request For Proposal (RFP) for Performance Based - Commercial Items Procurement for Elevator Maintenance Services at U.S. Federal Buildings located throughout the State of Maine. The successful offeror will provide all management, supervision, labor, supplies, materials, repair and replacement parts, equipment, and tools required to perform the specified elevator maintenance and repair services effectively and efficiently at the covered buildings. The service locations are at 7 different Federal facilities and comprise a total of 11 elevators located in Bangor, Augusta, Portland, Houlton, Jackman and Calais, ME. The period of performance for this contract is a base period of three (3) years with four one-year options. The RFP will be issued on or about 06/18/10. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for on or about 07/01/10, at the ES Muskie FOB, 40 Western Ave., Augusta, ME 04330. Award of contract is anticipated to be on or about 09/01/10 with services starting on or about 10/01/10. This solicitation is open to large and small businesses and will be available to download via this website only (www.fedbizopps.gov). It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this website for the release of the RFP and any associated documents i.e. amendments, notices. The offeror is responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP and associated documents. Register on this website to receive notification of all documents uploaded.
