- The U.S. Department of Agricultural (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Northern Plains Area Office, intends to award a sole source simplified, fixed price acquisition to HyVista Corporation, U 11 10 Gladstone Road, Castle Hill NSW 2154 for the purpose of an supplying HyMap airborne hyperspectral imagery of sites in South Dakota. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. Vendors that believe they can provide a product that fully meets the Government's requirement may submit substantiating documentation in writing to the identified point of contact. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. A determination by the Government not to conduct a competitive procurement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
