Waller Associates, Inc. Description: Validation of Tech Orders for F100/220/229 Engine This acquisition is a Small business Set-aside procurement. Known qualified sources: J.M. Waller Associates, Inc. (CAGE #1ZB24), and DRS Technical Services (CAGE # 58YW6). Note: This does not limit other qualified Small Businesses from proposing. All qualified Small Businesses that submit a complete proposal will be considered Line items: PR Number (s): FD2030-10-25046 Item: 0001 Validation & Verification Services for propulsion Description: Review Interactive Electron Technical Manual Block Cycle Updates for the F100-220/-229 DMM, F100-100 IMM, TF34 IMM, T56 IMM and DMM, J85 IMM and DMMM, TF33 IMM and DMM and the F107 DMM after contractor has incorporated quarterly changes which include AFTO Form(s) 252s (Publication Change Request) and AFTO Form(s) 22s (T.O. Discrepancy Report) for accuracy. Report all discrepancies to Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) via electronic mail. Complete assessment for each item provided and report findings within 10 working days. Travel will be required to discuss and present findings. Review inspection limits for accuracy, and recommend engineering solution. Work with Air Force Technical Content Managers to make correction to the identified discrepancies A basic contract period and four option years are required to provide seamless support for the IETMS Block Cycle Update reviews. If not approved, could affect a safety of flight if limits and critical rotating parts technical changes are not correct. A normal block cycle update has from 200 to 300 changes incorporated and the BCU need to be reviewed for accuracy. These reviews need to be accomplished in a 10 to 15 day period on a quarterly basis before being released to the customers. A contractor that is familiar with the Interactive Electronic Technical Manual and the technical content speeds this process for getting changes to the customers in minimum time. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation.
