- Springfield, Illinois Corporate Boundaries (color map) The Government wishes to lease approximately 16,750 rentable square feet of contiguous office and related space, which will yield approximately 14,576 - 15,300 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet. The space will be occupied by a Federal Law Enforcement Agency. Twenty four (24) reserved, secured parking spaces are also required. Subleases will not be considered. The lease will be for a ten (10) year, five (5) year firm term. The Government requires a fully serviced lease including adequate reserved, secured parking for twenty four (24) Government vehicles, including three (3) oversized vehicles. Buildings with parking below the building will not be considered. The parking for the oversized vehicles may be separate, but must be located within one-half (1/2) mile of the facility. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations as desired as part of the rental consideration. Space shall not be located within a base (100-year) flood plain or wetland unless the Government has determined it to be the only practicable alternative. Building shall not be located within 1/4 mile of an active railroad track. Space shall conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety, shall be ADA compliant and asbestos abated. Location: The offered space must be within the delineated area of Springfield, IL, as follows: Corporate Boundaries as shown on attached map. Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1. Building name and address; 2. One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered; 3. Square footage offered; 4. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet; 5. Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted; and 6. Evidence of authority to represent owner.
