- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Air Force has a requirement for Morning Pride firefighting gear; 15 sets of structural gear and 15 sets of proximity gear. The specificications are as follows: Morning Pride Structural Firefighting Tails Coat - BPR-32i2 bronze. 7.5oz PBI Outershell with 2 layer spunlace/Mets-Aramid facecloth thermal liner, and Crosstech moisture barrier. Specs to include Project Fires Trim positioning in lime/silver SL, back and tail patches, Inspection Port Liner, Chicago Closure, Extended Dead Air Panels, Sewn Shingle Cuffs, Circumferential Rope Pocket, single bellows pocket with handwarmer behind, mic tab, Large Hook on a Patch (2), and radio pocket. NFPA 1971, 2007 edition certified. Quantity: 15 each. NFPA 1971, 2007 edition certified. Quantity: 15 each.
