- The Lebanon VA Medical Center in Lebanon PA intends to negotiate sole source procurement for Project No. 595-C00693 "Building #23 Smoking Shelter Concrete Work " Tri-Vet Contracting Co. Inc. a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). This announcement is in accordance with public Law 109-461, Veterans Benefits, Health Care, and Information Technology Act of 2006. This is not a request for competitive quotations. No solicitation document is available and telephone inquiries will not be honored; however, interested parties may submit literature detailing how their services meet the VA's requirement to the Contracting Officer. Responses received on or before June 6, 2010 will be considered. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice will be solely at the discretion of the government.
