Windows shall have grids in the outer interstitial space and fully operable mini-blinds in the inner interstitial space for all windows. Interior window transition to cover the depth of all demolished windows (no holes or exposed/unfinished spaces in finished product) and is to be field measured and custom built of the same materials, color and construction method of window units.
