FOR ANY INFORMATION REGARDING THIS SURVEY PLEASE CONTACT Scott Mahoney, RDER-PRA-GD, (732) 532-7508 or scott.mahoney2@us.army.mil DESC This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources for the Circuit Card Assembly, NSN: 5998-01-458-1537, P/N: 13229E6660-1. This Circuit Card Assembly is part of the Air Conditioner, Horizontal, Compact, 36,000 BTU/HR, Multi-Power Input 208V, 3-phase, 50/60/400 Hz Model MH-40-MP, NSN:4120-01-330-6543, made by Airtacs Corporation which is a version of the Armys 36,000 BTU/HR Horizontal Environmental Control Unit(ECU). Note: this market survey is only to solicit potential sources for the circuit card assembly and not the air conditioner itself. The Army has available the drawings with the technical data for the manufacture and acceptance of the items. Suppliers capable of furnishing this unit must so indicate, by emailing responses to scott.mahoney2@us.army.mil. The response must include production lead time, production capacity by month, surge capacity, number of years part will be available, ranges for price breaks if applicable or any other information that could affect the acquisition, supply and delivery of the parts. The response should also include documentation such as copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with this unit from the supplier listed above. Successful suppliers may be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army. For more information contact Scott Mahoney, RDER-PRA-GD, (732) 532-7508. The deadline for response is 11 June 2010.
