Description
VETERANS AFFAIRS WANTS TO LEASE SPACE The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yield 2000 net usable square feet in Temple, Texas for a full service office space lease. The space must be no more than one (1) floor. This space should be in a Class A building, ADA compliant and be available for immediate occupancy. On-site parking for 4 vehicles is required. A lease for (1) one-year base term with (1) one-year option renewal will be considered. Properties within or fronting the following boundaries will be considered: North - HK Dodgen LoopSouth - FM 93 East - Elm Creek RdWest - Old Waco Rd A market survey of properties offered for lease will be conducted by the VA. The Department of Veterans Affairs is limited by law (40 U.S.C. 278a as amended by 10-1-81) to pay no more than the appraised fair market rental value for space.
