Attachment 2 - Revised Specification Section 02670 Verticle Water Well Drilling Attachment 1 - Revised Schedule of Items Amendment 1 - SF-30 RECOVERY (ARRA) Cleveland NF Water Well Improvements at the Mt. Laguna Recreation Area- Los Rosalies Ravine. CIM-05-02F. TAS::12 1102::TAS Capital Improvement and Maintenance. The purpose of this Amendment 1 is to: 1) Replace the Schedule of Items with Attachment 1 - Schedule of Items, 2) Replace Specification Section 02670 Verticle Water Well Drilling with Attachment 2 - Specification Section 02670 Verticle Water Well Drilling in this Request for Quote, and 3) Extend the Bid Submittal Date FROM: June 3, 2010, 2:00 PM Pacific Time TO: June 9, 2010, 2:00 PM Pacific Time. The Instructions in Section L of this Request for Quote remains unchanged except for Bid Submittal Date. It is required that you sign and date all Amendments acknowledging changes to this Request for Quote and submit with your Bid Submittal Package.
