- This requirement is for a firm-fixed price requirements contract for the following portable testers: Encoding Altimeter Analyzer Test Set, Instrument Interface Kit, Compass Simulation Test Set and Main Landing Gear Trunnion Measuring Device. The testers are portable pieces of equipment and meet environmental demands associated with flight line operations. This acquisition is for the following: NSN: 4920-01-384-4891KU, P/N: ES125030-1; This product is a portable test set enabling organizational and intermediate level functional testing of both the encoding altimeter and altitude alerter used in the C-130 aircraft. Dim: 8"H x 11"W x 13.5" L. Weight is 20 pounds. The basic requirement is for a quantity of 5 EA. Delivery is required 210 days ARO to various locations. This will also contain 2 annual options for a quantity of 1 to 5 each, with a BEQ of 3 each. NSN: 4920-01-342-4733KU, PN: ES125052-1; This product is a portable test set that supports organizational level maintenance of C-130 Instrumentation Systems and is the link between the aircraft and the Instrument Test Set. The kit contains the C-130 software cartridge assembly and the cable assemblies needed to interface with instrumentation components. Dim: 8"H x 4"W x 12" L. Weight is 15 pounds. The basic requirement is for a quantity of 2 EA. Delivery is required 210 days ARO to various locations. This will also contain 2 annual options for a quantity of 1 to 15 each, with a BEQ of 10 each. NSN: 4920-01-247-4123KU, PN: 3403179-1, This product is a portable test set used for troubleshooting and fault isolation of faulty components or wiring in the C-130's C-12 compass system. Dim: 16"H x 21.5"W x 21.5" L. Weight is 30 pounds. The basic requirement is for a quantity of 4 EA. Delivery is required 210 days ARO to various locations. This will also contain 2 annual options for a quantity of 1 to 10 each, with a BEQ of 5 each. NSN: 4920-00-722-7935KU, PN: 4S90349-101A. This product is an alignment measuring device used to measure distance between MLG trunnion bearings prior to strut installation. Dim: 21.75"H x 13"W x 79.75"L. The basic requirement is for a quantity of 4 EA. Delivery is required 210 days ARO to various locations. This will also contain 1 annual option for a quantity of 1 to 3 each, with a BEQ of 2 each. Options may be exercised for Air Force (AF) or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirements. Delivery is required 210 days after exercise of option to various locations. Calibration Certificates shall accompany each unit and Technical Manual Contract Requirements (TMCR) will be required. This requirement is sole or limited source to: Lockheed Martin Management & Data Systems, Bethesda, MD 32254, Cage: 98897. Only one or limited number of responsible sources due to lack of technical data to provide Offerors. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. All assets will be shipped FOB Origin. Solicitation is expected to be issued on or around 16 June 2010, with response due 30 days after issuance of solicitation. The RFP will NOT be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov.
