- Draft Anestesiologist SOW The purpose of this posting to perform Market Research. This is not a solicitation and this acquisition is not funded at this time. The United States has an upcoming requirement for ANESTHESIALOGIST. DUE ARTICLE VI OF SUPPLEMENTARY AGREEMENT 3 TO THE DEFENSE AND ECONOMIC COOPERATION AGREEMENT (1980) BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT AND THE GOVERNMENT OF TURKEY, THE UNITED STATES AIR FORCE INTENDS TO AWARD THIS UPCOMING REQUIREMENT (ONCE FUNDED) TO A BUSINESS CONCERN WITHIN THE COUNTRY OF TURKEY. THEREFORE, PROPOSALS FROM BUSINESS CONCERNS OUTSIDE OF TURKEY WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. The Anesthesiologist shall provide services to perform inpatient and outpatient Anesthesia services required for Government beneficiaries. The Anesthesiologist shall provide care to eligible beneficiaries at the 39th Medical Squadron (also referred to as the "medical treatment facility" [MTF] on Incirlik AB) or in local civilian hospitals as required to support the anesthesia needs of the MTF. Anesthesiologist shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, consultations, and reports. Anesthesiology care shall be as comprehensive as government-supplied facilities, equipment, and support services permit. Performance shall be according to the requirements contained in this Statement of Work (SOW) and professional standards of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization. The United States Government will only award contracts to Turkish concerns resisted with the Central Contractors database at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx.
