- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a firm fixed price commercial acquisition RFQ set aside for small business to furnish and deliver eight(8)each, 80 foot sections of molded miter gate seals to Pine Bluff Marine Terminal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas 71601. All bids must be received on or before 17 June 2010 by 12:00 am CST. Bids can be faxed to 501-324-5196 or mailed to US Army Corps of Engineers, 700 West Capitol Avenue (Room7315) Little Rock, Arkansas 72201. Electronic or Email quotes are not accepted. The solicitation W9127S-10-T-0097 and complete specifications has been attached to this announcement under Additional Documents. All interested bidders can view and download solitation and submit for bid.
