THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO GOVERNMENT AGENCIES UNDER THE ECONOMY ACT, 31 U.S.C, SECTION 1535. THE ECONOMY ACT AUTHORIZES AGENCIES TO ENTER INTO MUTUAL AGREEMENTS TO OBTAIN SUPPLIES OR SERVICES BY INTER-AGENCY ACQUISITION. VA VISN 22 Network 22 Logistics Office, Long Beach, CA, intends to enter into an inter-agency agreement with the US Army Corps of Engineers, 915 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90017, for ACQUISITION SERVICES to "Utilities Seismic Correction", VA Loma Linda Health Care System, 11201 Benton Street, Loma Linda, CA 92357. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 17.5, Interagency Acquisitions under the Economy Act. The North American Industry Classification System Code, (NAICS) is 236220 and the Small Business Standard is $33.5 Million. Solicitations for Veteran Affairs projects that are being contracted through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Los Angeles District can be found on web site www.fbo.gov. Entering "W912PL-09" In the "quick search" box at the upper right hand corner of the FedBizOpps.GOV web page will provide you with solicitation information for FY10 projects, including Veteran Affairs projects that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Los Angeles District is soliciting.
