- VA Network 22 Logistics Office, Long Beach, California intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Alliant Healthcare, a Veteran Owned Small Business. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1-only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for other than full and open competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This BOS announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued; a separate written solicitation will NOT be issued. Request for Quotation is VA-262-10-RQ-0305. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 339112 and the small business size standard is considered 500 employees. This procurement is for a lease of Video Towers (medical equipment). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government shall consider all proposals received by 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time June 4, 2010. Information received shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries shall be accepted.
