- Description
- The National Park Service intends to issue a prospectus for proposals to provide an Urgent Care Medical Clinic on Tuesday, May 25, 2010. The existing Concession Contract between the National Park Service and the existing Concessioner expires on December 31, 2010. The Director, pursuant to 36 CFR Part 51, has determined that the existing Concessioner is not a preferred Offeror for the Contract to be awarded. The term of the new Concession Contract will be for ten (10) years beginning on its effective date. Any offer, including that of an existing Concessioner, must be received by the Concession Program Manager, National Park Service, Pacific West Region, 1111 Jackson Street, Suite 700, Oakland, California 94607 no later than sixty (60) days from May 25, 2010 in order to be evaluated and considered for award of a Concession Contract. The prospectus will be issued on May 25, 2010 for a 60-day response period under the terms described in the prospectus, with proposals due on July 27, 2010, no later than 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time). There is a printing cost recovery charge of $50 per copy to be delivered via Federal Express or $40 per copy if picked up in person. Checks or money orders (no cash or credit accepted) must be payable to the National Park Service. You must include a business address (no post office box) to receive a Federal Express package. Prospectus packages will be available by contacting Darby Watson, Commercial Services Project Manager, Pacific West Region, Concession Management, 1111 Jackson Street, Suite 700, Oakland, California 94607.
