- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to award on a sole-source basis to Brandywine Communications, 1153 Warner Ave, Tustin CA 92780, an order for Qty 22 Synchronizable Clocks, Part Number 011000016. Delivery shall be 30 days after the receipt of the order. FOB Destination to shall apply. Brand name or equal is not acceptable due to the need for 100 percent compatibility to existing equipment. No other parts will satisfy the Government's requirement. The closing date is 28 May 2010 @ 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall apply to this acquisition. This requirement will be awarded on an all or none basis by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 173632 Dahlgren Road Suite 157, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100.
