Description
FOR MORE INFORMATION CONTACT: Bruce Ballance, 732-532-8620 The U.S. Government has anticipated requirements for a family of tactical Very High Frequency (VHF) radios, ancillaries, installation kits, spare parts, training, Field Service Representatives, Site Surveys/Site Preparation, System Installation Services, and Maintenance Support Services. The purpose of this Market Research is to identify interested sources that can provide/manufacture and deliver a family VHF radios that interoperate with the ITT Export Single Channel Ground and Airborne Radio System (SINCGARS) series radios, to include operation with ITTs encryption algorithm, and ITT SINCGARS frequency hopping algorithm. These algorithms are unique to each country. ITT Export SINCGARS series radios are being used extensively in the armed forces of various countries. Consequently, the radios to be acquired must interoperate via ITTs encryption and ITT SINCGARS frequency hopping algorithms. It is anticipated that any Delivery Orders (DOs) that are issued under a planned Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract, with an ordering ceiling of $78.5M, will require initial deliveries within 75 days After Receipt of an Order. Responses are required by 07 June 2010, and must include documented capability to manufacture and deliver a family of VHF radios meeting the aforementioned requirements.
