Equipment/software list Limited Source Justification This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) SP4707-10-Q-0051. This RFQ is for an offeror to provide the services listed below to the HDI Federal Center in Battle Creek, MI. This is a brand name OR EQUAL requirement as the offeror must provide service through Hewlett Packard or provide service equal to the listed Hewlett Packard Service. ITEM SUPPLIES/SERVICES QTY UNIT UNIT-PRICE TOTAL 0001 Maintenance on HP Servers located in Hill AFB, UT 01 EA DISA site 0002 Maintenance on HP Servers located in Tracy, CA 01 EA DAASC site 0003 Software Update Service for servers located in Tracy, CA 01 EA 0004 Maintenance on HP Servers located in Dayton, OH 01 EA DAASC site 0005 Software Update Service for servers located in Dayton, OH 01 EA 0006 Maintenance on HP Servers located in Mechanicsburg, PA 01 EA DISA site 0007 Software Update Service for servers located in 01 EA Mechanicsburg, PA TOTAL ALL LINES: NAICS code is 541519 and the size standard is $25,000,000. The resulting contract or order will be firm-fixed price. Place of performance is: Defense Logistics Information Services, HDI Federal Center, 74 Washington Avenue North, Battle Creek, Michigan 49037-3084 Award can be made as follows: Either - All lines; or Lines 0001, 0002, 0004, 0006 only; or Lines 0003, 0005, 0007 only. Offeror must state on their quote that they will not accept a split award if they are only willing to accept all lines. The Government will make award to the responsible offeror who has the lowest price and is technically acceptable. For offerors providing an equal service not through Hewlett Packard itself, the following must be provided to be technically acceptable: 1.Meet the requirements listed on the equipment information for response timeframes; hours and days covered. 2.Provide a written narrative on how the offeror will provide the required services of the RFQ to four different service locations. Narrative must include at a minimum: a.IT Experience providing Maintenance for the HP equipment and software listed. b.Relevant Technical Experience for maintaining the HP Equipment and Software listed. All technicians responding to calls for maintenance on the equipment/software must be HP certified for the equipment listed. c.How the offeror will provide contract management for the project For offerors providing service through Hewlett Packard, offerors must submit proof that they are authorized by Hewlett Packard to enter into an order for this service to be technically acceptable. Offers that submit or equal quotes shall be reviewed for being Technically acceptable on a pass/fail basis. Offerors whose quotes are deemed to be technically unacceptable shall receive no further consideration and will not be eligible for award.
