- This notice is provided for information purposes only. This oppurtunity is available only to contractors under the CMS Business Intelligence (BI) Task Order (contract # HHSM-500-2007-00010I Task Order HHSM-500-0001), which was competitively awarded in 2007. CMS intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) modification to the Business Intelligence (BI) Task Order adding 24/7 support for the CAID and CARE programs. The 24/7 support will require additional contractor effort. The support must have the following specifications: 1. Provide scripting and programming for alert notification of problems, where CMS alert monitoring does not cover Support of Rapid Development needs. 2. Contractor personnel shall manage shift work and scheduled coverage for the needs of rapid development. Contractor personnel SHALL be on call 24/7 to provide support for, but not limited to; object creation, environmental clean-up, environmental troubleshooting, software upgrades, fixed and patches. 3. Initiation of rapid development support will be by a supported phone interface, and must be responded to within a one hour period. From initiation, the issue will be worked until completion of the development issue.
