Description
PR 0026201335. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will request a firm fixed price for a quantity of 239 each of NSN 2840-01-182-0223, P/N 5052T12G01, a Guide Link Assembly used on the F-404 aircraft engine. A 100% option provision will be included. This procurement will be set aside for 100% small business participation. Requested terms will be FOB destination and Inspection/Acceptance at origin. FedBizOpps Numbered Notes 1, 22, and 23 apply. Government First Article Testing (FAT) and Production Lot Testing (PLT) are required. Export Control and Configuration Control apply. Delivery for production units is 200 days after FAT approval. Approved manufacturing sources are General Electric, CAGE 99207, Moeller Mfg, CAGE 08244, B&E Tool, CAGE 24008, Palmer Mfg, CAGE 24115, and TSS Technologies, CAGE 28884. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, contractors must be registered in Central Contactor Registration (CCR). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about June 7, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
