THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER: NORTHERN CALIFORNIA HUBZONE/SERVICE DISABLD VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDBODB) MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (MACC) N62472-06-D-1021 (NAVFAC SW0043) The MACC Contractors listed on this MACC Group 0043 are as follows: Creative times Inc. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price Design Build construction Task Order to the offeror with the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). This is a Repair and Improvement Project for the Naval Operation Support Center, located in San Jose, CA. The contractor will provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to renovate and upgrade the existing buildings and the associated site area to include but not limited to accessibility upgrade, site pavement and lighting upgrade, replace interior finishes, lighting and mechanical replacement for energy efficiency upgrade, miscellaneous electrical repairs, and other miscellaneous exterior work. Work shall be accomplished in according to the scope of work and specifications. Estimate price range is $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The Government intends to evaluate technical and price proposals. The selection shall be based on the following evaluation factors: Schedule and Price. The Government seeks to award a task order to an offeror who provides a technically acceptable proposal at the lowest price.
