- NSN 5960-01-066-4771, IQC10103009039, Electron Tube. This requirement is for a long term contract, estimated annual requirement of 128 each. Item is solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition citing 10 USC 2304(c)(1). First Article Testing is not required. Approved sources are: CPI (88236) P/N BTR-678, M/A-Com (96341) P/N DG438 and Northrop (97942) P/N 335D529. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 3 years. Min order quantity: 16 each. Max order quantity: 128 each. Delivery is 200 days. FOB and Inspection/Acceptance at origin to various Conus locations. Surge and Sustainment is required under this procurement. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of June 3, 2010. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. This solicitation is unrestricted (not set aside for small business). Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
