Description
IQC10140009019. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract solicitation for one NSN. This IQC will consist of the following NSN: 1560-01-125-0753, Track Assy, Door, IAW Sikorsky Helicopter (CAGE 78286), drawing 70207-02727 Rev “AK” dated 13Oct09 & AMCOM (CAGE 81996) Procurement Package 70207-02727 Rev “G” dated 19Sep07, p/n 70207-02727-059. FOB Destination to be cited on each order delivery order. This is a not a Critical Safety Item as of May 20, 2010. Surge is not required. Base period is 12 months. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, in 12-month increments, duration of contract period 5 years. Estimated Annual Demand is 424 each. Possible stock locations include but are not limited to: Stockton, CA and New Cumberland, PA. Origin Inspection is required. This item is an Export Control item. A stable base drawing is required. A Government Fit Test is required, as is a Contractor First Article. This is a Critical Application Item. Requested delivery for production units is 383 days ARO or best possible. This procurement is being solicited as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is June 4, 2010. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about July 6, 2010.
