Description
INCORPORATE THE FOLLOWING: PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT: Offerors will be invited to submit a proposal subject to PLA requirements (a PLA proposal), a proposal not subject to PLA requirements, or both. If a PLA proposal is accepted by GSA, the awardee shall be required to execute a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) with one or more appropriate labor organizations for the term of the resulting Contract. ISSUANCE OF DOCUMENTS: The RFP will be ISSUED ON/ABOUT 22 JUNE 2010 via FEDBIZOPS (www.fbo.gov). The TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND DRAWINGS will l be ISSUED ON/ABOUT 23 JUNE 2009 via a PHYSICAL DISTRIBUTION BETWEEN "ONLY" EACH PROSPECTIVE "PRIME OFFEROR" and the GOVERNMENT POC from 10:00 AM through 12:00 PM at Bid Room # 1065 located at GSA 7 th & D Street SW, Washington, DC. All those in receipt of these technical Specifications and Drawings shall safeguard the sensitive but unclassified information (SBU) of this project in accordance with the "Document Security for Sensitive but Unclassified Paper and Electronic Building Information," GSA Order, PBS 3490.1A, dated June 1, 2009. All offerors must present a picture ID and documentation confirming their association with the offeror, along with the prime contractors' DUNS #. NON-MANDATORY STIE VISIT: THERE WILL BE A NON-MANDATORY SITE VISIT on/about 8 JULY 2010. Each Offeror and/or Subcontractor will be limited to a maximum of two (2) attendees. Those seeking to attend the Site Visit shall submit Visit Authorization Request (VAR) no later than 30 JUNE 2010 for each proposed visitor. The VAR shall be forwarded via email to George Bartlett at george.bartlett@gsa.gov or via fax to 202-208-0431. VARs shall contain the following information, at a minimum: 1) Requesting Offeror's Name, Address, and Telephone Number. 2) Name of the Proposed Visitor. Include First, Middle and Last Names for each. 3) Social Security Number of Proposed Visitor. 4) Date of Birth FACTORS AND WEIGHTS HAVE NOW BEEN CHANGED TO THE FOLLOWING: •1. Past Performance- 20% •2. Expereince-20% •3. Key Personnel- 15% •4. Management Plan and Schedule-15% •5. Apprentice Plan-10% •6. Project Labor Agreement (PLA) -10% •7.
