- Pre-Solicitation Notice The 11th Contracting squadron intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the purchase of various musical woodwind instruments and supplies. This action is 100% set-aside for small business. This is an UNFUNDED requirement and funds are currently not available. The requirement will be solicited pending availability of funds. VENDOR QUOTES MUST BE GOOD UNTIL 30 SEPT 2010. An official authorized to bind your company shall sign the offer. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 451140, with the business size standard of: $7.0M. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued electronically after approximately 15 days of this notice and will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award.
