- This is a reposting of solicitation 2006N08556-12-ARRA. The reposting is needed because of changes made to the SOW. RECOVERY - Task Order Notification THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA). This opportunity is available only to those contracts awarded under the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) from Solicitation 2006-N-08556. The contractors are: Abt Associates, Booz-Allen Hamilton, Macro International, RTI International, and Westat Inc. Project Title: Communities Putting Prevention to Work (CPPW) - Monitoring and Evaluation of the CPPW Community and State Initiatives. The purpose of this project is to support multiple evaluation components of the (CPPW) initiative in communities and states. These multiple components will employ both quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods and will include recipient, as well as aggregate-level analyses. Program processes, program outputs, and behavioral outcomes will be analyzed. Case studies will be conducted to determine the context of successful and unsuccessful initiative implementation and the factors that determine differential outcomes among subpopulations. A separate study on implementation costs will also be conducted. Finally, a small number of communities will be supported to conduct impact evaluations using biometric measurements. Specific evaluation components will be conducted under other contracts. Additional background for this task order includes, but not limited to: receiving, analyzing, synthesizing, integrating, summarizing, reporting and publishing data from other sources. This is not a request for competitive proposals, nor is a solicitation available Period of Performance: The period of performance will be thirty-six (36) months from the date of award.
