Description

Sole Source Justification VOC/SVOC CONCENTRATOR. The solicitation number is FA8601-10-T-0195. The NAICS Code is 334513. The size standard is 500. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). The proposed sole source is Entech Instruments, Inc. The purchase is for a 3-Stage VOC/SVOC Concentrator, a Turnkey VOC/SVOC Preconcentrator, and additional components. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotation received within five (5) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
