Description
RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): W912DR-10-D-0016, SPEC PRO TECHNICAL SERVICES The Real Estate Community of Practice is currently supported by four primary automated information systems: REMIS, RFMIS, HAPMIS, and RECIS, supporting a broad array of unique business processes, functional, and data requirements. These systems provide a great range of unique functionality as well numerous commonalities, but a greater range of operational business requirements exist for which the Real Estate Community of Practice is tasked with meeting. These systems exist in a complex web of interactions with numerous other systems within and outside of the Agency. Each system is supported by different contractors, program managers, and technological environments. Additionally, there is also an emerging and growing set of mandated standards driven from Presidential directives and DoD Business Transformation Agency (BTA) that require significant changes and considerations across the entire range of real estate business processes. A Real Estate Information Management Infrastructure Support initiative is necessary to ensure that mission-critical capabilities are not compromised by an information management infrastructure that lacks the necessary responsiveness to ongoing and future functional activities. This initiative is intended to achieve a mature business infrastructure that will support efficient functional processes and information management. The purpose of this task order is to acquire full Ad-hoc Reporting Assistance for the Homeowners Assistance Program within the Real Estate Community of Practice.
