- Request for Information (RFI) Project Management Office (PMO) Support for Intelligence Community Campus Bethesda, MD (ICC-B) (Dated: 18 May 2010) Title: Project Management Office Support for Intelligence Community Campus Bethesda, MD Description: The ICC-B is a 39 acre campus located in Bethesda, MD. The purpose of this PMO support contract is to staff a newly formed Program Management Office to oversee the planning, design, execution and closeout of the renovation and retrofit of the NGA Bethesda Campus to become an Intelligence Community (IC) Campus environment of information sharing and training. This ODNI-managed campus will provide modernized facilities from across the IC. The PMO support services range from initial consultation, space analysis cost estimating, preliminary through final design, design reviews, furniture selection, cost estimating and scheduling, IT support, budget and finance support, contract package development, proposal reviews, construction PM oversight, project documentation, customer and support coordination, and project closeout activities. All personnel on this contract will require TS-SCI clearances. The deliverable of this effort is a detailed reutilization plan, with cost estimates, for this facility. This plan is required NLT 30 September 2010. This RFI may ultimately result in a contract. That contract may extend beyond the delivery date for this effort. Should the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA)pursue this action they will conduct a down-selection based on the capabilities outlined in your submittals. Your submission should address the functional areas listed above, your ability to meet this short suspense, and past performance/experience on similar projects. This effort will be limited to Small Business (SB) and individuals for this effort must have facility access to DIA. The deadline for this submission of information is 27 May 2010 at 1500hrs. Submittals are limited to 5 pages. Cost information is not required. Companies notified that they will be considered for a possible contract will be required to make an oral presentation within 4 working days of notification. Cost information will be required at that time. Interested parties are requested to provide information on their ability to satisfy the requirement outlined above.
